Created and implemented SOPs for the Infrastructure, Planning, and Environment (IPE) team, documenting existing practices and the full project lifecycle. The SOPs serve as an internal training and onboarding tool as well as a reference resource for both new and existing team members. They were designed to support the project management team in day-to-day operations while establishing clear best practices for project delivery, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
